Plastisol Screen Printing
Plastisol screen printing delivers bold, vibrant colors that sit on top of the fabric for a crisp, professional look. It’s durable, long-lasting, and ideal for t-shirts, hoodies, and merch that stand out.
Hybrid Digital Screen Printing
Digital screen printing combines classic screen printing with modern digital methods to produce vibrant, detailed prints. It starts with a white underbase applied through traditional screen printing, then a digital printer lays down all the colors in one pass. This process works well for both small batches and large runs when full-color artwork is needed.
Puff Screen Printing
Puff screen printing creates a raised 3D effect by mixing plastisol ink with a puff additive that expands during curing. Best used with up to two colors per design, this technique looks sharp on heavier fabrics like 6oz tees and 10oz hoodies for a bold, professional finish.
Jumbo Screen Printing
Jumbo screen printing is our latest offering, ideal for brands and businesses that want bold, standout merchandise. With print capabilities up to 17” wide by 23” tall, we can create oversized designs on everything from t-shirts to hoodies. This method also supports up to 10 colors for maximum impact.
Simulated Process Printing
Simulated process printing uses halftone layers to blend inks and create the look of full-color, photorealistic designs. Perfect for detailed graphics, this method allows up to 12 colors with precise Pantone matching. Each job is sampled before production to guarantee accuracy and vibrant results.
